Episode 30: FugOff! w/ Shelia Bailey

On today’s episode Aisha sits down with Sheila Bailey the creator of FuggOff! Sheila Bailey was born in Kentucky and raised in Georgia. She comes from a family of entrepreneurs. As a child she consistently witnessed her family caring for others. Their love of God poured out through acts of servitude to the community and anyone that needed assistance. Giving love and caring for yourself and others was an intricate part of her upbringing. They encouraged her to turn to natural medicine taught to them by their African and Native ancestors. The importance of leaving a positive impact on the world through unconditional love and appreciation of the Earth's gifts, were morals that always stuck with her. Sheila has applied these teachings to create her organic mosquito repellent company called FugOFF! Through her products and brand she is educating people on the importance of safe protection from mosquito bourne illnesses and refraining from chemicals. She aspires to evolve FugOFF! into a household name worldwide and inspire young entrepreneurs of color to pursue their passions while establishing generational wealth and legacies.
